1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6rwincom platform and all related services. In these Terms, "we", "our" or "6rwincom" refers to the entity operating the platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

By registering on or using 6rwincom, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

6rwincom reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Users will be duly notified of any significant changes. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation by 6rwincom authorities will be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 6rwincom, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years old — this service is only for those aged 21 and above.
  • You must provide accurate and genuine personal information.
  • You are mentally sound and capable of making your own decisions.
  • Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your region.
  • Only one account is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities. Providing false information during age verification is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To register on 6rwincom, a valid name, active mobile number and a strong password are required. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may need to be completed before withdrawing funds. The following documents may be requested during this process:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6rwincom accepts the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally within 10–45 minutes

Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through registered and verified accounts. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by 6rwincom.

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. In the case of any unusual transaction, 6rwincom may request additional information for verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6rwincom offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to these offers:

Welcome Bonus

  • 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 15 times (deposit and bonus combined).
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total of ৳3,000.
  • The bonus is applicable only once per account.

General Bonus Terms

  • The specified wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Separate terms apply to each promotion regarding bets associated with the bonus.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
  • Any misuse or attempt to manipulate promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation.
  • 6rwincom reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Creating multiple accounts solely to earn bonuses or claiming bonuses by concealing your identity is prohibited and may result in account termination.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6rwincom is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

  • Any attempt to manipulate or cheat in games is strictly prohibited.
  • Bet amounts and game rules are clearly stated on each game's page.
  • If any transaction is cancelled due to a technical error, the corresponding bet amount will be refunded.
  • 6rwincom is not responsible for game interruptions caused by a poor internet connection; however, assistance will be provided in the case of verified technical errors.
  • For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

6rwincom ensures fair play through agreements with its game providers. Our system undergoes regular reviews to ensure every user receives a fair and transparent gaming experience.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6rwincom and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Registering using another person's identity or information.
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
  • Playing games with the help of bots, automated software or any technical tools.
  • Misuse of promotional offers or bonus manipulation.
  • Colluding with other users to place bets or manage games.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the system.
  • Attempting a cyber attack against the platform or its other users.
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks or unsubstantiated transaction disputes.
In the event of any of the above violations, 6rwincom reserves the right to immediately close the account without prior warning.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

6rwincom reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • If false or incomplete information is provided during the verification process.
  • If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
  • At the direction of any regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. If there are any legitimate funds at the time of closure and no violation has occurred, those funds will be returned after verification is completed.

9 Responsible Gaming

6rwincom believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial stress or personal problems. To ensure responsible gaming, we provide the following features:

  • Deposit Limit Setting: The option to set the maximum amount you will deposit per day, per week or per month.
  • Break Feature: The option to temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.
  • Self-Exclusion: The option for long-term or permanent self-exclusion.

11 Limitation of Liability

6rwincom is not liable in the following cases:

  • If a game or transaction is disrupted due to an internet connection failure.
  • For losses caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
  • For losses arising from the user's own negligence or sharing of login credentials.
  • If a game's outcome is affected by an unexpected technical error — in this case, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • For any legal consequences faced by the user due to non-compliance with applicable local laws.

The maximum liability of 6rwincom will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

12 Right to Modify Terms

6rwincom reserves the right to update, change or amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes:

  • Notice will be given via a notice or banner on the platform.
  • A message may be sent to the registered email address.
  • The date of the change and the time it takes effect will be clearly stated.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
